We ship all of our packages, insured and discreetly, to the address provided by the Customer. We require a mandatory signature upon delivery of all of our packages. While we will try our best to ensure signature upon delivery, we cannot oversee the operations of the shipping company. We hold no liability for the shipment as soon as a tracking number is provided to the customer and the shipping company receives the package from our store.
Since a signature is required, if you give someone else permission to sign your delivery, your insurance becomes void.
This includes leaving your package with an office attendant, family member, building concierge, neighbour, or The UPS Store/ Mail Boxes etc. locations.
Under any of the circumstances mentioned above, your package will become void of insurance.
Pre-Sale Shipping: If I am ordering a pre-sale item, I acknowledge there might be significant delays in shipping the products to me.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery can be expected anywhere from 1-7 business days from the payment receipt date.
From time to time, reductions in our product inventory, resulting from increased demand for certain products and other reasons, may delay shipping.
If we cannot ship your order within the delivery time indicated to you at the time of purchase, we will inform you about our inability to meet the delivery date, and that you may choose to either voluntarily liquidate your product order (have us buy back your order); or continue to await delivery by the new delivery date we will provide to you, which will be based on our best information at that time.

We reserve the right to substitute a different shipping method than the one selected on the order. We will contact the customer and notify them of any changes.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer 100% insurance to the address provided on the order plus a signature required upon delivery. Should any customer choose to re-direct a shipment to any other location and/or waive the signature option, that customer will incur all risk and liability associated with the delivery of the package. Once your package has been signed for, insurance is no longer valid and your investment is safe in your hands.

IMPORTANT: There are no taxes applied to the purchase and sale of gold and silver bullion with the purity of 999.9. However, taxes are applied to the cost associated with shipping and insurance at rate.

SEC Jewellery provides delivery of packages to any physical address located anywhere in the world. Please contact our team to ascertain shipping costs and approximate time duration for delivery to your location. However, SEC Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to a business address or third party.
